I have been a customer of new balance Pasadena for probably 10 years now, and I've never received anything but stellar service. The shoes last a reasonably long time and they fit very well.

Jonathon truly excels in providing exceptional customer service. I visited the store with my son, who is autistic, for a shoe fitting, which can often be a challenging experience. However, Jonathon demonstrated remarkable friendliness and patience with my son throughout the process. He shared his knowledgeable insights and assisted us in finding the ideal shoe for my son. My son was overjoyed and eager to wear his new shoes immediately. He even skipped happily on the way to the car.

Came to the store with my boyfriend to see if they had the 993's in my size. Not so much as a welcome when we walked in. No one came to ask if we were interested in trying on any size shoe we were looking at. When we did ask for help, the worker didn't even tell us the size we wanted was out of stock, he just proceeded to put away the display shoe and walk away. Keep in mind, the store was completely empty except for another couple shopping and there were three workers just standing around. It felt like pulling teeth trying to get some kind of help at that store. Just the abysmal customer service experience made us leave completely dissastisfied.

Store closes at 7pm, arrived at the store at 630pm after work. As soon as I walked in not a single hello from the 6 employees standing around. One employee had the genius idea to close the security gate right after walking in. Nothing like welcome to the store now get out. Avoid until they learn what customer service is

Came in to do a return and Jonathan changed my life! He had me measure my feet with their device and I learned so much! I've been wearing the wrong size and put more pressure on the inside of my feet. He is a wealth of knowledge!

Been buying NB shoes here for 15 years. I buy mostly the 928's because NB carries this in narrow. First time in 15 years to have an issue with the leather separating from the rubber siding after 4 months (or ever). Took them in and they swapped them out. Much appreciated!

I've been to the store several times but stopped going and shifted to online shopping because the employees were typically dismissive and rude.
